Salvage the energy +5. As for the sword itself, I would say it wouldnt be worth the time to sell it. These things are in abundance now.

Agree with R1p70r. Salvage +5E inscription, but I wouldn't bother trying to sell it.

Dead sword - salvage inscription from sword and sell for 2-3k, then try sell sword for 2-4k.
Flatbow - Salvage 1/1 and try sell for ~1k and then merch bow. Hammer - Salvage 20/20 and sell for 2-3k, thne merch hammer as it has no inherent damage mod. |
